Woven by skilled artisans, glimmering Kinran fabric is lavishly used for the base. This bag combines diverse patterns into a single item from the sides to details like the handles. Designers from Japan and around the world contributed to the motifs used on the front of each bag. Each motif is carefully pieced one by one into a collage.
The rooster in the center is the work of Jakuchu Itoh, an eminent genius painter of Japan. Delicate hand embroidery from India was selected to express his masterpiece. Our designs support social charities by incorporating buffalo charms from Rwanda in addition to bracelets and recycled glass made in social welfare facilities in Tokyo. Generous placement of lace, ribbon and natural stones creates a gorgeous appearance. We use gorgeous crimson and gold Kinran fabric inside each bag. The gold Kinran cloth used for this bag is an exclusive weave made in the Saga Nishiki style.
